Malone Cliff

Set on the edge of the bluff, overlooking downtown Dallas, this dynamic house captures the view of the urban forest of North Dallas, With views into Downtown Dallas and the Calatrava bridge, it has some of the best views in all of Dallas.

A radial plan parti tied back to the adjoining cul-de-sac provides rational to the buildings' design. Four structural pillars both support the main living spaces but also house the buildings utility spaces.

The building achieved LEED for Homes certification, a goal of the owner from the onset of the project.
